Pickup and chilled transit protocols

Pre-order cutoff is every Wednesday at noon for Friday through Sunday distribution. All orders are chilled to set and securely boxed for transit.

Studio pickups are available at our Morgan Ave location with secure box strapping provided. For events across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens, we dispatch via temperature-controlled courier vans.
